PLEASE NOTE: Customer service is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m CST. Please submit all inquires on the Customer Service Web Form.
How is my order shipped?
We ship all packages exclusively via UPS & USPS. All Next Day, 2 Day Delivery orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday.
How long will it take to get my order?
All merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday).
We calculate shipping costs based on published UPS & USPS rates from our main warehouse in Nashville, TN.
For overnight delivery on next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 5pm ET. Overnight orders placed after 5pm ET on Friday and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
We are unable to process exchanges. All sales are final.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you received a damaged or incorrect item. We will work quickly to make it right. Our return address is below but please contact us prior to returning any damaged or incorrect goods.
