Mild Taco: A Danielle Walker classic and favorite, this mild Tex-Mex inspired taco seasoning has just the right amount of heat and tons of flavor. Use for taco meat, or in soups and stews. Use 1 ½ tablespoons per 1 pound of ground beef, or per pound of boneless chicken.

 

Ingredients: Chili Powder, Sea Salt, Ground Cumin, Ground Dried Oregano, Onion Powder, Ground Coriander, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper

 

Burnt Broccoli: #burntbroccoliisthebestbroccoli. Look it up, and you too will become a believer in the goodness of roasted to a crisp broccoli. Use 1 teaspoon per head of broccoli, or per pound of other roasted vegetables. This seasoning also shines on roasted chicken.

Fries: Say goodbye to boring french fries with this vibrant, restaurant-inspired seasoning salt. Sprinkle over homemade or frozen fries, on top of roasted sweet potatoes or vegetables, or even over red meat before grilling. Use 1/2 teaspoon per pound of vegetables.

Adobo: This staple seasoning blend often used in Latin American, Caribbean and Spanish cuisine shines as a marinade or a rub for slow cooked and grilled chicken and pork, or on delicate fish and shrimp dishes. The garlicky-pepper seasoning also livens up any roasted or grilled vegetables. Use 1 tablespoon per 2 pounds of meat or vegetables.
